Arthur, John, Dutch, Micah, Hosea while young they are all world class gunslingers, if they existed today they would be world champions. To look wich one was faster makes no sense because they are all fast and can kill multiple people easily.

Ik everyone hates Micah but u can’t deny his gunslinging abilities look at the “short walk in a pretty town” mission before Arthur could even shoot Micah killed three people and got into cover

I think most people are reluctant to admit Micah's just flat-out better at traditional shooting than John or Arthur. He can almost keep up, even without deadeye, and is far more vigilant than he looks, having immediately killed people the moment the gang got ambushed in Rhodes. That would require him either knowing they were standing there, waiting, or realizing the very moment they entered his line of sight.

John's also better than Arthur according to this video, but he's less reliable than Arthur, less skilled in most other areas.

Assuming that John is at least comparable to Arthur at the end off the epilogue (he's faster than Micah in the quickdraw, and the game establishes that Micah is very close to Arthurs skill level) I think it's safe to say that the training he got from Landon in the first game would land him as faster than Arthur, therefore faster than Micah and Dutch as well.

I think this was based more on trigger shooting. But if it was the quick draw, Arthur and John can outgun Micah (based on animation). Deadeye is only canon on some events where Arthur triggers it automatically, just shows how fast he is (even shown on that scene with Sean shooting bottles, he's precision and speed). But then idk.
