The delicate touches were so nice! In many ways this felt like an anticipatory video in that the tingles from your touches depended on how light/heavy your fingers were on the face. The affirmations was the strawberry atop the cake!

I just realised that this was pretty much a guided meditation with spoken intentions 🥺 now that its actually a time where I could watch this without falling asleep (I'm in Australia and its currently 9pm, ) i decided to pause it and meditate with this, and Lottie the excitement i felt in my heart space and also solar plexus and sacral chakra was phenomenal. I already knew 2025 was going to be fabulous because my birthday is the 25th of April so 25/4/25 (25 being the number standing either side of my birth month) but just listening to all of this has got me relaxed excited and happy. The key one Here is happiness. I don't think I've been this happy in decades. New years Day was the 4yr anniversary of me ending an unhappy marriage and putting my happiness first, which has been a long road but I cah say I am genuinely so happy right now ❤
