Education sector reform with time, keep on changing in consideration with new challenge across the globe. how can be more better to tackle any situation. recently in india we have introduced NEP-2020 which replace previous learning pattern and this policy act as to meet the different sector demand, so our students get job easily. in india we have high number of unemployment, the main reason behind is that students have degree but lack of skills which is required by the industries. we are basically emphasis on learning not on the practical part, now this NEP-2020 emerg our students to be more skillfull and become more competitive and confident to grab any job. whenever we are talking about reforms, what kind of reform, now eduactional sectors is moving toward digtilization which is may be the major huddle for our rural area students and another aspect is language as a barrier in to learn higher education.for to implement new reform very comprehensively so our students get holistic and overall development in learning process, for that we have to more emphasis on infrastructure part and awareness at the grass root level.After that india become more innovative and be self reliant.

It was such a good step taken by the government to introduced NEP 2020. Apart from this we need to take following steps : To develop good infrastructure, focus on practical and skillful education, provision for special training for teachers, introduced entrepreneurial syllabus in the education.
