The caption: Training has felt awful lately, dealing with jet lag and getting back to training after 2 weeks off.
Today instead of forcing myself to do body building accessories (building muscle isn’t one of my goals anyway) because the workout absolutely destroyed me and I felt like doing any more strength training would make me feel worse I listened to my body! And decided to do a chill zone 2 5km on the bike (cardio is part of my current goals) and it made me feel sooo much better which I didn’t expect at all.
Actually listening to my body is a huge win for me.

One time I didn’t do that will biking and got cramps on a sidewalk. Had to sit there for 5 - 10mins because it wouldn’t go away.

Why do ppl always deem skin y as healthy under her videos ?
That's not true . She seems active and fit, having a flat stomach isn't always healthy . The fact that most of these are grown men is a bit concerning .
