Under the GRIM LAWS, if your child is murdered or killed under the age of 18 and there is no guardian who died trying to protect that child then by law both biological parents at that child's funeral will be placed in the grave with that child and buried alive. With all the prosecutors wishful thinking... did she bludgeon the kid accidentally and then push her down the stairs to make it look like an accident.... There should be evidence of that... Maybe the kid ran down the stairs fearing a beating and Maybe there was a little bit of mental disability in the defendant.... Was there alcohol? Drugs?.... I think it's more important to find out what happened... can we at least submit polygraph test to find out the actual truth before wasting this travesty ...and failing to achieve the data we need to prevent further occurrences...?
