The people have elected their representatives to a full term. No political opposing party has any Constitutional authority to relieve them from their duties over political views.
Secondly, The Children have a Constitutional Right to be represented and protected from harm. Like being killed while at school within the State of Tennessee, United States of America.
Any written law to the contrary, must be indeed Unconstitutional Upon it's Face.
