Integration by U Substitution Example Problem #1
Показать описание
This tutorial works through an example problem where we find the solution of an integral using the method of U substitution. We substitute one part of the integrand with the letter U to reduce it to something that is easier to integrate. In this case, the integrand contains an exponential, so we replace the entire exponent with the U. After integrating, we resubstitute the expression for U and the problem is solved. We use a table of integrals in order to speed up the last step of the process.
