Uses and benefits of Castor Oil:
1. Hair: Perfect for hair growth. Do not use as it is, as its way too greasy. Kindly add another carrier oil. Few drops of castor is fine.
2. Eye lashes and Eyebrow: Same use and benefit as above.
I use it regularly and have seen amazing results.
3. Skin: Moisturizes the skin, improves glow, reduces inflammation. Mix it with any other face or coconut oil and apply. Again tiny amounts. It could be irritating to some, do skin test before.
Doesn't suit my skin.
4. Constipation: People often take a teaspoon of oil and drink it as it is. Has helped many people. If not can take in capsule form.
5. Gut health: Pour tiny drops of castor oil before bed in belly button. Helps reduce period cramps and any stomach pain; improves overall health.

I can also confirm it induces labor. The old wives tale isnt a myth.

And before any negative comments please note my son was born perfectly safe and healthy and I had my reasons while making my decision to use it.
My whole labor was near on text book after consumption.
Oh and it acts as a laxative to begin with so there is zero chance of crapping the bed 😉

Would you recomend this wrap arounfd lower egds where damaged, hard blood vessels which are tender and muscle still looks like large bruise . Would this be able to clear the vessels and restore circulation inflamed , rigid blood vessels ?
