Having pictured in Albums MANY years ago was so much easier to organize than it is now!

I bought this thing and backed up my photos ONE time. I have lots of pictures on my phone so I got it out to download the rest of my photos and it's not working. When I plug it into my phone it says "Is your The Photo STick Omin device plugged in securely?" and goes on to tell me to unplug and plug back in. Well, I have done that several times now and it's still not working. Now what? Where's troubleshooting when you need 'em? Not a happy camper

It's just a slightly fancy USB. I've a question too regarding duplicates. How does it know what a duplicate photo is? Does it do this by comparing the images OR by the filename?
So far, I'm not convinced that this is a helpful purchase.

Darn thing is copying all the tech manuals for pc and adobe apps. I just wanted photos saved. I'm searching now for that advice.

This is a crock. I downloaded the app, plugged in the photo stick and it tells me I can't use this file! It is not anything like you are showing. How much did they pay you to do this fake promo?

Bought one and it never worked. Tried multiple times on two different computers... it just doesn't work as advertised.

I am so disappointed with the photo stick. I cannot get it to work. It says on the screen “cannot use this file.” I bought 2 of them! One for my son and one for myself. I kept hoping my son would be able to figure it out, but he didn’t. What a waste of money!

Please explain what one must do when all you get is: "Can't Use This Folder" and no pictures will download because of an indication that the wrong drive is selected? What is the drive ID of
the Omni Stick itselfand how do I select it? Need better instructions that actually makes the downloading of files from Cell Phone to Omni Stick easier and how to upload picture files into my computer! Await your reply. Thank you.

Didn't work on my Samsung, Galaxy 21s, none of my old Blackberry, very misleading and not telling the full fact .

This a SALES PITCH the information is very incomplete. This is probably a very useful product but unless the novice is able to open the package and get it working it is basically useless. With instructions like (OPEN AND ENJOY) IT IS A FAILURE. When the instructions show something on the screen and that is not there we need more info!!!

Sounds too good to be true. What happens if the PhotoStick crashes? I have had USBs do that; also one completely locked itself when I used it on 2 Laptops. Looking at the problems below I can't help but think that at my age (80) I can do without.

I did not find my purchase of a 64 gb stick so easy. It was supposed to save 30, 000 photos and I only had 18, 000 photos and the device didn't work. Very frustrating as the device came with an out of date manual that the tech support sent me. It didn't save my albums like all these videos says it does. I paid $84 and had to mail it back to get a refund. Despite sharing screen shots of doing exactly what the tech support said. It was frustrating and I have iMac that is only 3 years old. Also, I got another stick as a gift and it downloads the photos but it doesn't save photos to the stick. IMO, it is worthless. Keep searching for a better product.

I have the photostick omni and i'm tryin to open it up on windows7 laptop because i have a document that i have to send by pc, the crazy part is it works on my phone i was wondering i having a problem because i was using a new email address, i switched back to my old email to see if that would help it to load my pics because i hit rescan several time and it still won't show my pics, it only show old laptop desktop pics when i first got my pc, MY QUESTION IS how do i do a factory reset on the photostick? please help me i'm running out of time to return my papers, I would truly appreciate if you could help me.
