BMW E60 5 Series How To Remove Headlights And Replace Bulbs

Quick tutorial on how to remove the headlight and replace the bulbs on a E60 BMW 5 Series years 2004-2010. Applies to all models in this generation 5 series. Not a big job at all and can be done with a couple tools. Same procedure can be used to align the headlight with the hood fender or bumper. Sorry about the wind noise in certain parts of the video.

my whole car was destroyed and put back together with zip ties random screws and chains, yes chains are holding up my radiator. I have been re refixing all of it.... omg... lol thanks for the gr8 vids

Were you able to get the three tabs on the headlamp bracket to reinsert into their mating slots on the bottom of the headlamp housing? With the front fascia in place I cannot figure out how to get the headlamp to move far enough forward to allow this to happen so I cannot get proper fit in the opening.

I have a 2002 530i with the same headlamp assembly. On the very outside of the assembly, past the turn signal there is a tiny bulb that has burned out. Do you know how to access that bulb? Must I remove the entire headlamp assembly from the car?
