Today my 2006 BMW E60 M5 gets more attention. This time we will be focusing on the interior with the goal of modernizing it. Some will hate it, but many will love it!

Honestly the designer of the E60 is a genius because this car hasn’t aged 1 day. The styling completely fits in with modern design language despite being 20 years old.

Speedo cluster I could live with the original one perfectly fine (personal prefference), but Head unit replacement is mandatory for CCC and CIC systems because the original ones lack so many features.

Its a shame they dont use a better quality panel on those id4motion screens. The blacks arent black.

Great stuff, Cristian. I was blown away by the acceleration after gear changes in that M5. So much power and the SMG is really putting it down. You’ve really brought that engine a long way! PS-my wife ordered me an M5 t-shirt off your site for my bday. Shhh, I’m not supposed to know, haha!

The ///M Analog Cluster looks great and perfectly blends with the car. The Digital one just cheapens the look IMO. As for the CCC and CIC ya they are trash and the upgrade is welcomed.

Those id4motion gauges fit much better with the e60 M5 rather than on the e46 M3. I personally think that gauge cluster would fit best on an e9X M3. Overall love this build dude!

Just Upgraded my E90 2005 with the new Radio, its absolutly insane! Just beamed the car from 2005 into 2020 and its better then the most new Carradios.
