I am not going into how you destroyed the texture of the onion, or the load of it.. But I am gong to adress that you called breadslices croûton, and how you grate soft cheese on a parmigiano grater, when you just needed to slice it and put on.. My grandmother would scream sacré bleu and hit you over the head with her cast iron plateu pot. What is this? Canadian version? Horribly americanized cooking?
