Radial nerve flossing

radial nerve flossing is useful to help eliminate arm and hand numbness tingling and pain caused by a suspected pathology of the radial nerve. this procedure is performed by depressing the shoulder of the involved side internally rotating the humerus while flexing at the wrist and extending the shoulder. if we have not mimicked the sensations of radial nerve pathology we continue by laterally flexing the head and neck to the contralateral side. it commonly used description of this maneuver is called the waiters tip position.
