The fact that this movie is still popular/talked about to this day shows how much of an incredible movie it is. It has been talked about for over 7 years, making it seem like 1 hour.

The funny thing about this actually is that when Hans Zimmer made this soundtrack, he was given nothing except a single page of the script which didn't even reveal anything about the genre of the story nor the plot, then he made this masterpiece and as you know it, and they used it in the movie.

-Born too late to explore earth.
-Born to early to explore space.
-Born just in time to witness this masterpiece of a movie.

“It was you. You were my ghost.”

It’s 2023, and I’ve rewatched it exactly 19 times since it was first released.

Edit:
Guys, it's 2024 now, and I've watched it 22 times since it was first released. People may be thinking, how do you not get bored of it, but I know that I will never forget this movie.
One of the best things I ever watched in my life....
Nothing, absolutely NOTHING beats this. (In my opinion.)

I don't still understand how this movie hasn't won an Oscar, an Emmy, a World Cup, a Ballon D'or and a ICC Men's Player of the Year. It's simply, perfection.

“How?”
“Because my dad promised me”
I bawled at this movie, I loved it so much. This music gives me this indescribable feeling in my soul that I can’t explain.

Interstellar was the only movie to ever make me cry. I vividly remember the first and only time I watched it. I was fifteen years old, and I watched it on a laptop while my family was taking a long road trip late at night. When I finished the movie, I silently closed the laptop and tried to process what I was feeling. I was in the passenger seat, my dad was driving and listening to an audiobook on headphones, and my siblings were asleep in the back. It was dark out, and we were in the middle of nowhere. That peculiar, lonely feeling that comes on long dark drives weighed on me more heavily than it ever had before, and some untapped well of existential despair suddenly opened up in my mind. I felt like the last living person in the world, and I wept. I haven’t been able to bring myself to watch interstellar again since then, but every now and again, I come back to the soundtrack and wonder about what it was that I felt that night. Maybe I’ll never know until after this life.

My wife died three months ago. Listening to this on the eve of our anniversary. There are times that I feel I should of stayed and be home with herm. This hits me more after listening to this. I hope my love for her is still felt by her.

I am 40 years old this year, and I just need to say, that I feel like I’ve been privileged to be able to experience music and film-making excellence by some incredible human beings. What a time to be alive
