@whitecrane18: thank you for your question. Yes, you are correct. You can say both.
"I have worked at...for 5 years." describes an action/ event that started in the past and continues in the present.
"I have been working at..for 5 years." describes an action/ event that started in the past, continues in the present AND is likely to continue into the future.

Sollte es nicht "I have been working at XYZ for 5 years"?

Also Present Perfekt Progressive, da folgendes gilt:

- die Handlung wird betont (nicht das Ergebnis wie im Present Perfect)
- bis in die Gegenwart andauernde Handlung

Hier wird betont, dass gearbeitet wird und nicht das Ergebnis der Arbeit. Eventuell ist auch beides richtig.

@nogrouchy: thanks for the question. You can say "I work with" when you talk about your colleagues e.g. "I work with Geoff and Peter. We are in the marketing department at Google."
Or if you work on a project together with another company. The other company would be a business partner.
"We are working with a production company to produce our new advert."
But you don't say "I work with" when you talk about your employer.
I hope this helps, nogrouchy.

Neil i Love you that is exactly what I was looking for, is so hard to translate some frases into English with same meaning as in German...
I love you so much for that.

Hello Lukas Gruber. Sorry, I couldn't answer your comment below. So, I'll answer it here. It's also possible to say "I've been working for Google for...years." It might sound a little strange to repeat the word "for", but of course it is still possible and correct.

Hi Neil, you have great teaching skills.
At the end I would like to make a screenshot as a reminder of the whole board. Unfortunately you are standing in front of it. ;-)

Thank you so much. I have a question. I've learned that when I use Present Perfect I can't use ''ago".
I don't know if don't understand what you said or what my teacher said. Is this sentence correct? I've worked at Google since 5 years ago.
