How to Make & Use Dowsing Rods for Spirit Communication

Items needed:

Wire (unpainted) hanger
Wire cutters
Pliers
A plastic drinking straw
Scissors

*cut the hanger on both sides of the hook to give you one length of wire.

* cut in half to give you two rods

* bend both pieces into an L shape

* cut plastic straw in half and slip one half on the shorter “handle” part of the wire

*bend the bottom under the straw into a loop to keep straws from falling off the rod.

Voila!

Before using, be sure to set intentions. Example: “I only invite positive energies and benevolent spirits to come through with communication that is helpful or supportive of my journey.”

I have some copper Jewellery wire that's sat in a drawer i also have jewellery pliers and cutters so good to know💜💜 i guess you can use that if you can do basic stuff with wire and have pliers to cut it💜💜

My other understanding here is a Code type Intro/request is to be said well before asking questions..

Such as-
I'm in this room to communicate with the paranormal, to discover info on spirits near by. Please guide me as i mean no harm, Can we cross for "YES" and divide for "NO" ?

So my understanding is, 1. Spirit will not always be the same in every divination. Can I call upon a specific spirit to help me divine?
2. Be open to multiple types of yes/no answers. Will not always be, wide open or criss cross.
3. I may welcome unknown spirits into my home by the items I've purchased in the past.

Questions I have since I feel the rods I made aren't always truthful.
1. Should I be cleansing the rods every time I use them?
2. Lighting a white candle as I divine will protect me?
3. Is asking for lottery numbers ethical?😅
3.1 Will I encounter trickster spirits? It sure feels like I have. 😅
4. What is a safe amount of time to spend with the rods daily?
5. Should I some how break the connection with spirit once I'm done with a session or simply turning off the white candle enough?

my rods dont answer to me 😢 they either move very slow or not at all. i already know how to dowse with a pendulum and i have a lot of accuracy with it, im not sure why the rods arent working for me 😢
