A bit late on watching this - but - I just purchased a Dell XPS 13 9305 - and - I love it! I am not a gamer and have recently retired - so - this ultra book really seems to fit the bill for me. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the ultimate in portability, a clear and crisp display, and acceptable speed. Thanks Tom for what you do on this Blog!

Missing headphones jacks have become a major problem for wear and tear of type c ports moreover you can't charge your phone simultaneously. Not everyone likes Bluetooth headphones.

Laptops are getting really interesting again with the new chips and improved screens. I only just went from HDD to SSD on my personal laptop so I'm going to wait a few years before I upgrade properly and hopefully like with SSD prices the OLED high refresh rate screen prices come down in price. It's good to see competition in this space.

I got my G14 in 2020. But the 2022 one is simply out of this world. This is genuinely a laptop that justified the word “upgrade” more so than any other variants of any other laptop companies. Loved it.

I bought my Spectre 14 last year and I still love the form factor and design of this thing. 3:2 aspect ratio with its small footprint is exactly what I wanted.

Really hoping Apple gives the MacBook Air a refresh, I love the design of the new Pros but I really don't have a use for that kind of power. Hopefully they include a 14 inch version as well.

If you're in the store considering a laptop I'd skip Lenovo...they are known for keyboard and webcam issues--but have made no move to correct these issues. Dealing with them was the most frustrating CS experience ever--if I can prevent you from experiencing this it would make me really happy.

I got the 16” M1Pro and I have definitely been happy with it. I didn’t need a gaming laptop since I have a gaming PC, but the new Mac’s are so efficient and powerful.

G14 is probably the laptop of the year for me. Asus has done so well to make it have pretty much no compromises.

I bought xps 13 few months ago. Very pleased! The new model with touch keyboard looks meh but the keyboards look dope with no space left.

The only thing that stops me from getting the G14 is the lack of an optional Nvidia GPU over the AMD one, otherwise it would be absolute go-to laptop

If I could, I'd upgrade my 3800X and 2070 SUPER to a Flow Z13 and an RTX 3080 XG Mobile. The performance gains are so big this year.
