It's not predictions or leaking of preplanned events. It's much more than that. The show and the television as a whole is used to subconsciously condition us to accept or over look things we see on it. So when something happens in our everyday lives we're less likely to resist because it's been normalize to us by seeing on TV first. That's why it's one of the longest running television show. There is no reason to cancel the show because it's still successfully achieving it's goal. Our society is so oblivious we actually label the show as prophetic. It's not predicting future events, it's planning future events! Big difference! Think about it, look at the word television. I see "tell-u-a-vision"!
