Poor ESG score companies also present significant legal risk (besides ethical considerations). One thing that people don’t factor in.

A lot of the SRI ETFs out there feature global company's, am I right to say that these shouldn't be kept in a TFSA (due to withholding taxes on dividends)? Any recommendations on SRI ETFs in a TFSA?
