I’m making my first million from stock this week as a beginner, this makes me happy not only for the spare cash in my pocket but the time I have for me and my family

Such a healthy and balanced mindset towards money! You’ve helped me become more mindful with money and it’s really something to be more aware about now because we don’t just wake up one day when we’re older and have everything sorted. It’s a mindset and lifestyle and healthy habits that start now. I’ve learnt so much from you and can’t wait to continue to. Thank you for everything that you do to uplift women and people of colour around the world Sim 💜

Great talk Sim! I listened to your book on Storytel. Now I’m listening to the podcast, like from very first episode 😊 (and waiting for book being deliver to my mailbox very soon)
Both you and Sonia are doing great work. I’m sorry all this knowledge was not available when I was in my twenties.

Summary:

The key ideas in this story are that women are not taking advantage of the power of compound interest and investing in the same way that men are and that this contributes to the wealth gap between the sexes. The story uses the example of the man who presents a chessboard to the king to illustrate the concept of compound interest and how it can lead to exponential growth. The story also discusses why women should invest more, such as bridging the wealth gap and preparing for longevity risk.

Great stuff. I watch several youtube videos on how to trade in the market but haven't made any headstart because they are either talking some gibberish or sharing their story of how they made it and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands
