19-year-old man charged child molestation | FOX 5 News

A 19-year-old Newnan man has been arrested after being accused of molesting a middle school student. Samuel Stewart was charged with child molestation after the 12-year-old told investigations she snuck out of her home in November of last year and went to Stewarts home. What he asked investigators during his arrest.

There's really no case. Its her word against his. All it is, is a couple of messages, I don't think he'll do time for that.

"Molestation" isn't the same as rape charges, they will have no DNA cos she didn't report it immediately.
