MSI MPG X870E Gaming Pro Carbon Motherboard | Unboxing, Build Installation, and Review

The Gaming Pro Carbon series by MSI has been one of my favorite class of motherboards since Ryzen's 1st generation and now we see the latest release of the new x870 chipset from MSI: The x870 MPG Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard.

What offerings does one of MSI's new motherboards have to makes it out with the competition? Is this motherboard still considered a mid-range motherboard? How many stand off did you screw in the the board?? I already installed mine in my o11d evo and wanted to double check with out a tear down. I have 9 stand off pins. I saw in a review that the back of the board has places where you can't place stand offs

Judging from my previous experience with MSI, it looks like this board will pair quite nicely with a Ryzen 9950x and a Radeon 7900 XTX with the newer versions of the BIOS as of now.

Does this msi board have a clock generator like the asus rog strix 870e-e so it only affects the cpu and not the pcie or memory.
