Having weekly rewards tied to the co-op dungeon tells me they haven't learned a single thing from the genre over the past decade. You don't need to restrict the best rewards to something you can get one time a week in ARPGs. It also tells me you're sadly wrong DM, grinding isn't going to be a thing. You get your weekly rewards and then log off or you're wasting time.

For Season 6 or 7 in helltides they need to add the Accursed Mark Icon above people's heads to show that they placed a heart for Blood Maiden and add multiple icons depending on how many they've placed and also give even more loot drops for people that spend the extra 2 or 3 hearts to summon her.

It must be inconvenient for people that after a Blood Maiden kill you go and place a heart right away and no one else contributes to the Alters so you go away after placing your heart in and the event suddenly starts again.

I don't exactly mind co op content. What I do mind is time gated content, this does not belong in a arpg. With the retemper scrolls coming from this as well, this is 12 give or take scrolls a season, if anyone actually plays the whole entire season, which a large majority do not. People play arpgs to grind, not do to do content once a day or week and then wait, this is not a mmorpg.

Honestly this would feel better to remove the time gate, make the scrolls a very rare drop, and allow those that want to grind for them, to be able to. While a lot of things are looking good for the DLC, this is not one of them. This is going to feel bad to do.

Unique rewards locked behind toxic LFR is a pretty crappy move. Glad I didn’t pre-order, guess I’m done with D4 now. Pumped for POE2 though.

sooo...Mercenaries which are based on D3 + pet season 3 of D4, and a walled off raid behind co-op in what is essentially a single-player game in its root, 1 new class, 1 new area and 1 new dungeon, so much content... wow... just wow... people really pay for this?

I really hope this multiplayer nonsense isn’t required because I absolutely will not be doing it. If I could play d4 as it is without ever seeing another real person I’d be happy but since I can’t I just ignore them all. I’m ok with a group finder as an option for those that want to but I will never do it.
