I ate EVERYTHING I wanted in Mexico | cheat week, traditional village holiday & gaining weight?!

yes... that's me in the thumbnail feeling really bloated (but nourished and happy!!!) after eating everything I want at the Mexican feast I went to!!! I used to LOVE watching 10000 calorie challenges and body fitness transformations, but the truth is that those challenges are unsustainable and don't promote intuitive eating. THIS is my style of vlogging: showing all the meals I eat in a balanced way. Also, the Halloween vibes were in full bloom this weekend in November in Cabo, Mexico, full of delicious food (so many tacos and tamales!!) and moments celebrating loved ones who are no longer with us. that's the beauty of food: it's not just a tool for weight loss, it's a way to inspire connection, appreciate new cultures, and of course, enjoy incredible meals :)
