Nous avons conçu un barbecue kamado révolutionnaire qui brise les codes des formes et des idées conventionnelles sur ce type d'ustensile de cuisson. Nous sommes convaincus qu'il existe une relation étroite entre la forme et les fonctions : nous avons ainsi créé un barbecue kamado avec une forme non conventionnelle, une céramique innovante, une finition unique et un top-vent (ventilation supérieure) bien pensé. Le nom QUATRO a été choisi car 1/ Ce kamado possède 4 caractéristiques différentes (forme, céramique, aération supérieure et finition) par rapport aux autres kamados créés auparavant et 2/ Cet outil de cuisson peut être utilisé pour cuisiner de différentes manières, et permet notamment de fumer, mijoter, griller, saisir.

We designed a revolutionary kamado barbecue that breaks the rules with conventional shapes and ideas about this type of cooking tool : "the QUATRO". We are convinced that there is a close relationship between the shape and the functions : we thus created a barbecue kamado with an unconventional shape, an innovative ceramic, unique finish, and well-thought top-vent (upper ventilation). The name QUATRO was chosen since 1/ This kamado has 4 different traits (shape, ceramic, top vent and finish) compared to others kamados created before and 2/ This cooking tool can be used to cook in different manners, including smoking, simmering, grilling, searing.
