You already have your own oil and opec+ don’t sell oil to the US. However, the oil companies in the US sell the oil at the global prices to the American consumer and in top of that government taxes. In Saudi Arabia oil prices globally don’t effect the oil prices in Saudi Arabia and it’s usually 80% cheaper than global prices. So instead of getting mad at Saudi Arabia or OPEC, you should get mad at the American government and companies for exploiting the natural resources of the US and selling it back to you with no benefits whatsoever.
