Pro Tools 10 Tutorial - Working with Film/Video Pt1 - Importing

This tutorial is the first of a series of micro lectures that explore working with Film in Pro Tools 10. Starting with Part 1, users can learn how to import video into Pro Tools, and sync the video with the video engine in Pro Tools. The processes demonstrated in this tutorial, provide the necessary grounding to begin composing and producing music to film.

hi, I am new to pro tools 10. I am looking to make a video and make my own music to it. Can you edit the video ( not audio ) in pro tools 10 or will I need to get a different video editing soft ware such as media composer ? thanks

On my pro tools LE video and audio is out of sync. I dont know how to fix it. When i watch the movie on win movie maker is ok. When i drag it to pro tools it get out of sync. The audio track seems to shrink. Could u help me? thanks

yah i did all that frame rate is correct. but still plays the video back like a benny hill sketch. the audio is normal but the video is still way faster. whats the deal. ty
