I do lots of journaling, including voice journal too. Helps a lot.

I’ve tried Bullet journal as well. It is effective but the planning is crucial. Doing things in 2-3 hour windows with breaks works well for me and allows me to workout, see films, etc and have a life outside of work.

I saw in some of your previous videos you had the role of a "Security Automation Engineer". I am very interested in Cybersecurity and Automation with python so I was wondering if this type of role is possible to get for an entry level position?

What is your opinion of having a cybersecurity job if you are married and have two kids?? I know thru the salaries involved you could support them, but would it interfere, with being a hands on parent, as far as raising them with PTA meetings, monitoring their grades and time for the significant other.This being the person you are married too.
You talk about your own schedule but how about responsibility to family members and social circles, which can vary., I'm sure.
