Driving a V70, always been looking at these V60's for a lesser car to upgrade to.

Good to know these tests are getting put up here <3

Have you got plans to test the V60 recharge? It has a big battery in the middle and electric motors at the back so I could imagine that can make a notable difference. Would be very interesting to see how a hybrid compares to the ICE version of the same car. As usual, great video guys.

Where is the Volvo XC 90 in slalom? Is probably very bad and a mess in the slalom the XC 90 therefore it is not filmed. Here in Germany it has been found that the XC 90 quickly locks the wheels to avoid tipping over. He is afterwards no longer maneuverable and slides into oncoming traffic

Finally, Teknikens Varld is making excellent contents especially doing Moose Test. Would like to more wider range of vehicles in the future. Keep it up!

How is this Swedish metal so heavy? 1900 kg empty weight? I have two very similar cars - both are all wheel drive, a size above this Volvo, both have 6 cylinder longitudinally placed engines with turbos, hydraulic steering (arguably heavier than EPS) and both are wagons - one with air suspension on all four corners, the second - only in the rear (definitely heavier than standard shock absorbers/springs). Both weigh in at abt. 1940 kg - one is C6 generation A6 Allroad 3.0TDI, the other is F11 generation BMW 530xd. Both are larger than this Volvo - which has only FWD, a 4 cylinder engine (as all Volvos nowadays) and probably a smaller tank - and simple McPherson struts and independent rear I would guess. What are they putting in it to make it so heavy? Memories of a slaughtered prime minister? Sorry, swedes - but does anyone know why it's such a chunker? Either way - thanks (is it TACK?) for the video, the slow motion footage of the test is pretty impressive - and although a chunky boy, the Volvo still performs well. Will search the channel for any of my babies being tested. Greetings from Latvia.
