Thank you so much for this video! It has all the information needed to get started soldering. I have only just starting purchasing the tools/equipment needed to finally get started soldering. It’s expensive, so like many others I read in the comments I’m getting my tools little by little. And in the meantime watching tons of videos on how to actually solder! I just love your videos! Hi everyone. Forgive me if this has already been suggested! Silver sheet is very expensive. I would highly advise practicing on copper and brash, as far as learning basic stamping, bending, cutting, etc. are concerned! Also, keep in mind that you can melt down and reuse scraps or I believe you can send them to one of the big supply companies and they will do it for you and either send the new solid piece back to you or keep it and give you a discount on things you purchase. Not 100% sure about that last part with Covid 19 going on and all!
