Baby born at 22 weeks leaving Boston hospital after more than 200 days in NICU

The NICU's longest little patient will go home to Wilmington, to his overjoyed parents and three siblings. WBZ-TV's Juli McDonald reports.

Aww I'm so happy for you an your family my daughter was born two months premature an she weighed 2lbs 2oz 11inch long she is my miracle baby she stayed in the NICU for 35 days she came home weighing only 3 lbs it was by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do as a parent to sit an watch your child listening to the machines beep it definitely made me relationship with god stronger.. she is 14 now but I know miracles can happen.. congratulations he is beautiful ❣️

God in heaven is amazing… my daughter was born at 26 weeks I can’t imagine her being born at 22 weeks. Jesus. We spend 98 days I can only imagine 200 plus days.
God in heaven bless him and your family, being in the NICU is never easy .

At the hospital I’m at they won’t even try and save a baby that young. They are lucky for having such a great hospital

Watching this video reminds me of Farash. My baby was born 22weeks 5 days 13 January 2023. But he only survived for 9 hours.
I'm happy for their family the baby is survive.

My irresponsable friend refused to take thyriod medicine while pregnant, her TSH and thus blood pressure skyrocketed, pre eclampsia, 22 week preemie. All of it could have been avoided, how foolish of her. Baby has had to undergo surgery and is struggling. 😢 May this serve as a cautionary tale for any future parent reading this
