F2P Players May Want To SKIP BURNICE! 100% Honest Review (Zenless Zone Zero)

In this video I will be covering the new anomaly agent in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) Burnice White ahead of her release on October 16th in Patch 1.2.
Burnice is a fire anomaly agent from the Sons of Calydon, alongside Caesar, Piper, and Lucy. After a brief introduction of the most important parts of Burnice’s kit, we are going to be rating her in 5 categories: F2P Friendliness, Versatility, Investment Required, General Strength, And Fun Factor which is obviously the most subjective, but hey it’s my channel. We will also look at her signature w-engine Flamemaker Shaker.

If we go by the history of other Hoyo titles Hypercarry comps will (at least temporarily) give way to things like Disorder comps, by this logic Burnice will be a good long term investment, but by that same logic could easily be pulled on a rerun when she gets more units/teams to support.

From everything I’ve seen thus far Burnice is definitely a luxury character. She’s not going to completely revolutionize your account but she is a nice character to have and *should* hopefully scale well into the future as more disorder comps become available

I'm pulling for Burnice, because I'm new to ZZZ, also a F2P. I just started 1 week ago and couldn't progress Shiyu at all without a strong 2nd team.
Gotten Neko twice, on my standard first 50th pull and 90 pity pretty much brick my account, because my main is Billy, another physical agent.
So Burnice banner value compared to Caesar for my 1 week old account is huge.
Finally a secondary element carry/enabler alongside with two core supports, Lucy and Nicole.
If I pull on Caesar banner now, it would only make my Billy stronger, but my second team is trash.
Not to mention Burnice W-Engine choice is more flexible than Caesar, and if I have extra pulls after character banner, each fail Burnice W-Engine pull is another buff increase for Lucy and Nicole.
You can't lose on Burnice banner as a new player when everything is a win.
Losing 50/50 for Burnice would only give me a guarantee that I can save for another solid main dps after upgrading my Lucy and Nicole!

I'm trying to build an Anomaly focused account because their builds are just so much easier IMO. Why'd they have to drop so many Anomaly characters so close to each other? Jane (already have her), Burnice, and Yanagi, I want them all. I'm so cooked 😭

I'm a monthly pass player, and I'm just pulling on her banner for Nicole and Lucy dupes, but I wouldn't mind getting her for Piper. I'm a big fan of niche setups, as I run DoT and Break teams in HSR. If I lose the 50/50, I'm hoping that Yanagi will be a good enough teammate for a Piper disorder comp.

have you considered playing Burnice as a main DPS? You can do Stun/Defense+Burnice+Support. You can have her off-field damage when you are trying to stun the enemy then when it's stun use the ex-special then charged autos. People keep thinking I need Disorder to make anomaly work but there is nothing in Burnice's kit that says Disorder. The same for Jane and people figured out Rina+Seth+Jane has the highest dps

I mean, lucy + Piper + Burnice works... Anything works tbh.
Also, you don't even need to level an anomaly talent level because their anomaly damage and distortion completely compensate for it.

I know this may seem really weird but I use on my team Burnice, Jane, And Ellen. with either the signature bangboo and or the Bangboo for Ellen. (I completed the Withering Garden with this and it was actually fun to try.) :)

I need to win the 50/50, but definitely trying to get her for my Anomaly collection. I'm so invested in Anomaly and Jane & Grace area leading my two main teams. It would be nice to have some dudes in my teams for a change, but at least I have my M6 Seth. Excellent guide as always, you really know how to explain things clearly.

Now I need to figure out who is the 6th character I invest into these two teams... Grace, Jane, Seth, Lucy & Burnice. I don't have Rina to boost Grace...
