Looking at trading my 13 genesis coupe for a 2.5 hatch. Gas prices here in La are going up about 5 cents twice a day and thats not an exaggeration. I drove my sis's mazda 3 2.0 from LA to Denver and was very impressed! Steering, road feel, and just about everything feels perfect. It truly Made the 1000 mile journey exhilarating. Can only imagine how the 2.5 engine would be.

I have a 2015 iTouring M3 Sedan and I love it. Though I have to say the 2nd row is tighter than the one in a Toyota Yaris. That's the only thing I don't really like. And I thought the MPG were going to be better but still I can use it for almost a whole week without having to refill the tank (I live in hot weather with lots of traffic and hills so I guess it's ok)

0:26 it's a 2.5 liter. Taken right out of the Mazda 6, and CX-5. The lower trims get the 2.0 Liter.

The infotainment is the only reason why i didnt get the gt model. I like the absence of screens for some reason.

Looks nice.  I was thinking with most keyless entries just grabbing the handle unlocks & you push the black button to lock. (atleast toyota operates this way)

I know a BMW enthusiast that actually considered getting a fully loaded Mazda3 (with the manual) because of its upscale luxury features at a low price, but they ended up getting a really good deal on an absolutely immaculate 2011 BMW 328i with the 6-speed manual.

Cheap Mazda logo, numb handling and poor reliability (according to the 2015 JD Power Vehicle Reliability Study).

the mpg is better on my heavier 2006 passat. drove to nyc and back and averaged 36mpg...and i floored it. its bigger and heavier and turboed. i kept it at around 72 mph the whole 6 hour trip. i love this car which is why im looking at it but these 2015 cars seem to have 2004 MPG....even the newer VW

The worst thing about the 2015 Mazda 3 is the numb handling and weak engine. The 2015 Hyundai Elantra/Elantra GT or the Volkswagen Golf are much better choices. If you want superior reliability and new improved handling, get the 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Hyundai has greatly improved the handling of their 2015 cars.
