How, after 2 years of being a HUGE fan of this game, I just now realized this even existed, what the actual hell. I love how no matter how much you play this game, there’s still things you didn’t even know existed.

It doesn't matter how much Hollow Knight you played, there are still areas or NPCs you haven't visited yet, this game is mind blowing. I've completed the game 107%, I've never met Cloth, I haven't spoken to Bardoon, Menderbug, Fluke Hermit and probably more than I don't even remember. I haven't still fought Grey Prince Zote 5 to 10.

Godseekers: "What God remains to deliver Us from this woeful silence!?!?!"
The Knight: _Splish splash splish splash_

for people who don't understand what this place is... it's where the godseekers originated from, where they worshipped the gods of the land because of their need for something to think about. the godseekers are all a hivemind and they hate the idea of not having anything to worship. eventually the gods of the land of storms abandoned them for unknown reasons, and the godseekers had to find new gods to worship, ending up with them finding hallownest

The Land of storms appears to be the same world as godhome. But your peeking outside the dream. Thats whats there in reality godhome is what it looked like before.
Also you should be able to wear the godseeker mask. Change my mind.

1:27 Did anybody else see the corpses in the background, I would honestly like more lore on them

Edit: maybe they’re the gods of thunder and rain like in the hunters journal

The creatures in the background look like a huge version of the Godseeker in the junk pit

This could be the old home of the godseekers, maybe it’s destruction is what drives the godseekers to tune the gods.

Only the ULTIMATE Hollow knight veterans collect all the bindings and make their way here to the Land of Storms

This is why I love and hate games like this. I get stressed at thre thought of how there's so many things I might still haven't explored or discovered, but then it also gets my excited at encountering something new. Awesome game

I like how you just splash around in the water after witnessing the corpes of gods illuminated by flashes of lightning and the final words of a race before they sought after The Radiance

I came here right after a vid on the Godseeker’s Workshop and saw a great comment that I think this vid justifies:

Both the Godseeker’s Workshop and the Land of Storms express the pain of being a part of a hivemind, since all the Godseeker beings are connected through worshiping gods and powerful beings- but if there are no gods to worship, as expressed here, that mind is empty, and seeking something to worship. The Godseeker became obsessed with finding something with even a modicum of power above the norm, and attuned Themselves to them in order to regain something to believe in. (Sry for being poorly explained) edit: vid was by Relyea, commenter was Minh Nguyễn

Imagine if someone trained so hard to collect all the bindings and then never finds this place because he doesn't even know that there is a small gift for completing this.

I still can't help but think the land of storms looks like the abyss and the cracked broken abyssal egg, especially looking at how it seems like the locations are linked through one such egg or rather a crack in it. Just makes me think about when the egg disappears in the ending and just idk i both love and hate the amount of lore and lore hints that the game has in such out of the way locations or requiring certain conditions that makes the game so replayable but also so annoying when you actually try and rap your head around the in game universes lore
