You probably didn't catch this Hollow Knight detail...

Vessel Fragments are super helpful. They let you get more soul vessels, which in turn helps you store more soul, allowing you to use spells and heal more. They used to be easier to get than they currently are, with Team Cherry changing this at some point down the line. Why? It's a mystery...

I am making a series of Hollow Knight Shorts that go over some fun facts in the game, some basic tutorial things, and just generally interesting details of our favorite Metroidvania. Let me know if there is anything I should make a video on!

also - when you complete a vessel, there's a horizontal line in the animation as if two halves are being fused instead of three triangular parts

Interesting. Makes me think Stag Nest and the Fountain in Ancient Basin were added after they decided to cut the Vessel into 3 fragments.
