I love that you're sharing your mistakes. It is really easy to watch your videos and think that you just do everything so easily. Thanks for sharing!

So, you've proven that you're human by showing your mistakes and how to fix them! Great video as always. I need to do this because I've just been storing them randomly in drawers and then forget what drawer they are in...

As a beginner getting ready to dive into getting my shop set up to start working on projects, i must say i really appreciate the fact that you bring to our attention that mistakes are made even to the most experienced of woodworkers. it truly shows your character!!! kudos to you sir!! you've earned a subscriber.

Him my name is Bryan, and I am a router bit addict. It'a been 12 days since my last buy! Great looking cabinet and storage solution. And not truer words have ever been said about being able to fix your mistakes. Right on Brother!

The glass alone looks killer but man that whole case looks incredible. Great job Johnathan. I think it’s great to see YouTube makers showing their mistakes and how they fix them. Very nice to see that as hard as it can be to admit that there were mistakes made.

Your "let's get to do some sanding... yay." perfectly describes how I feel about sanding too lol. This and the Japanese water stone project are definitely my two new favorites. Thanks for the videos!

Absolutely loved the engraved glass. Your logo adds that little extra personal professionalism to the final piece.

This channel is absolutely amazing. I work with a lot of skilled bamboo carpenters and they love when I show them your videos. They flip out!!

Love the way you show us the mistakes you make. It shows how we can fix ours without wasting a whole piece. Hope you will continue with this. The cabinet looks great, will have to try it.

What a fantastic case, with a bit of re-work could be good for drill bits and all sorts of ideas, thank you.
I have always fancied using those heavy magnets for latching, but weary of how far to put them inside to make sure they hold fast, I am sure a nice brass latch would look great too.

Bitsbits is lucky to have you as a brand advocate. I’ll be looking there next time I need a new bit, which is often since I have a new CNC.

That glass engraving bit is amazing! Thank you for sharing. The Whiteside ultimate flush trim bit is also great. I wish Whiteside would make a smaller version with a quarter inch shank.

The coolest thing about your videos is hope for us beginner woodworkers especially when it comes to making mistakes! I'm attempting to make my first jewelry box for my mom right now out of Cherry and Quilted Maple.. This will be a first for me, but at least I got the hand cut dovetail process down thanks to my semester in the Katz Moses School of Dovetails!

Jonathon, I enjoyed this build. Your ending showing the mistakes you made was outstanding. It’s always encouraging when I see others include the mistakes and fixes on their work. Things like that are what sets outstanding craftsmen apart from the rest. I always enjoy your work. Now I’m really jealous after you showed the glass engraving on the CNC.

I’ve done the same thing with a misplaced dado, and also with a misplaced mortise for bed rail hardware. Both I found the best matching wood I could and glued it right in there, it breaks my heart every time I look at the pieces, but i’m the only one that knows; as is the curse of building your own furniture. Thanks for the opportunity to win a bit buddy. I live across the country now cause California was bleeding me dry, but I used to live 30mins from you, wish I would have reached out when I lived over there. Anywho, thanks again man.

Beautiful build, thank you for sharing! I really appreciate all your hard work. Your videos are both informative and entertaining. I’m a trim and cabinet installer for my living, and woodworking is also a hobby for me. Your videos help me in both my professional work, and in my spare time. I cut my first dovetail by hand after being inspired by you, and that makes me want to give a huge THANK YOU to you! Admittedly I need some more practice, but that sounds like a great excuse for me to play in my shop. I can’t say it enough, so thanks again!

Great work and very honest to show the little failures. These are also a lesson for the viewers. Very nice, should've been done more on YT
