Thanks! Circadian rhythm can make a big difference. I also don't eat anything 5 hours before bedtime. Better sleep, and more energy in the morning.

do NOT blast sunlight DIRECTLY into your eyes!!! (I know what you meant, but there's people that might and will misunderstand)

hell yeah, you gotta do the cornea destroyer. Blast that sun light directly in to your eyes. Don't worry if you suddenly start seeing a huge dark spot in the middle of your vision and everything looks distorted. Its normal.
