Pretty sure Mexican Summer, the label that canceled him, is based out of NYC, possibly the “hipsters”he’s singing about. Regardless if that’s true, this song is amazing in so many ways, reminds me of something familiar, yet totally it’s own. Ariel is truly magical, never ceases to amaze.
