I belive this helped me, I was really struggling to find something that would fit a w639 pre 2006, old style connectors, almost all were selling for the newer one, different C plug (thats how you called it I believe) also different shape

Could you please share with us what was exactly wrong with the D2B box? Have you connected the Wake-up wire with the one from the car harness?
I'm currently fighting with it. I bought one but I just get sound for about 10 minutes and then no sound until I unplug-plug the CD changer loop connector (to bypass the CD changer), or if I turn off everything, wait a bit and then restart the car.
Please explain what was really wrong with your D2B, that could help us as well. Thank you!

Could you post the diagram connection? I'm having issues with a huge black cable, i assume it's the antenna, and few other connections don't match with my radio, which is supposed to be specific for the car

Does this have the same setup with 2003 mercedes c320 with Bose amplifier? I want to upgrade my car stereo but have been holding due to the fiber optic connection.
