It is nice to know that some owners will pay to sort out problems that can be potentially expensive to fix. In cars as refined as Mercs, stuff like this can be annoying. There's nothing wrong with the way you're doing your videos. You've developed your own style so stick with it. There's nothing wrong with your voiceovers either. Just keep on being yourself in the videos and you won't go far wrong. 20K subscribers can't be all wrong.

Watching your videos shows why quality cars cost more. These cars have such complicated heating systems but are fabulous. I really enjoy my CLK but going down memory lane I can remember driving without any heater just an old pilot jacket and having to stop to scrape ice off the inside of the windscreen. Then I had a heater, wow, leaning forward to operate a metal flap to get more heat on the feet or close off to get heat to the screen! Today, the comfort in ones car is greater than we had in our lounge. I understand technology has moved on but also understand the reason cars have become so heavy. Thanks for another great video. Several ways to clean sticky plastic but all worth while.

I was stunned when you said how much it cost to fix the noise. Given how involved it is to remove most of the dash replace the motor and all the while you're in there parts, i think that quote is really good. I bet the owner was well happy!! I know I would be. Great job!!

Had to partially dismantle the dashboard of a 2004 Audi A8 in to attempt to fix the mechanism of the multi media screen that raises and lowers. After all that I found out there was nothing wrong with it, it was working beautifully and it just wasn't getting a signal. Only managed to do this because some thoughtful person (I think he was German) put a video on YouTube showing how to do it.

Another very interesting video… and it's not surprising that you've already reached your maximum capacity for clients!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service and product knowledge / experience.

I bet the owner would have been ‘over the moon’ £750 v £2000!
Plus a deep clean.
Superb work guys, well done, again.

This is what so brilliant about the w124 with the rotary switch for air direction.
A manual cable control that sends air wherever you want it and also lets you choose how much with one knob and no electric motors or vacuum pods.

Your presentational skills and ability to “modell”Merch are second to none Sam. Just watched this video whilst having my morning coffee. I applaud your attention to detail and the fact that you clean everything prior to reassembley, this inspires customer confidence in your work. I had. C class estate with the 5 cylinder diesel on it in 2002 as a company car. Loved that motor, should have bought it from the lease company when I left, but the asking price was too strong for me at the time!

Nice detailed explanation and demonstration of how the parts can fail and how to repair including preventative work. £750 is good value for that much work. The customer will be happy with the fix especially when they see this video.👍

Amazing work and attention to details. 750 pounds is quite the deal. Customers are lucky to have you around as their workshop.

I guessed £2, 000 so it's great to see honesty. I wish you lived closer to me.

I enjoyed this vehicle. I'm sure your customer was pleased that the cost of the repair was less than half of your original estimate. I have a 2005 C230. The air flow to the foot well on both sides is always on. This is not a problem in the winter, but in the summer my wife complains about cold feet due to the air conditioner blowing directly on her. I have a diagnostic tool and if I recall correctly, it said that the flaps were stuck. When the problem started, I removed the covers under the dash to see whether I could access the motors. I am seeking a more detailed DIY procedure before I make another attempt.

A mate of mine bought a 2005 C220 CDI 4 years ago via me, and now another friend owns it. He loves it. Jasper blue, black leather - ideal work van. He does 700 miles a week in it. I borrowed it a year ago to drive to Southampton during those storms. Just shrugged it off, a comfy diesel sofa on wheels. Such a good old tram and worth preserving.
