I love yoga.. i lost weight doing yoga regularly n walking .. whatever I do I always come back to Yoga.. power yoga, vinyasa, hatha yoga really helps in weight loss and body toning always!!

Request you to do a Video for more advanced trainees… Specifying why a mix of Cardio - Sprint Interval Training, High Intensity Interval Training and Aerobic Training - is important and how different Energy Systems power them. People need to know this, trust me!
