I can only come up with 2 possibilities for why CBS won't release the transcripts. The transcript either makes CBS look bad or it makes VP Harris look worse than the promo already did.

Why I listen to shows like The Free Press than CBS. When journalism is lost, so is trust.

There is an Echo in the audio from your studio. It makes the interviews hard to listen to you should fix this.

The best way to compare the two full videos:
1) Don’t focus on on listening
2) Focus on discrepancies in comparison of minute visual details in the two videos:
- Specifically at her left shoulder & arm, and the chair fabric behind her:
a) The fabric has large “dots/circles” in the weave
b) In the unedited original version, the dots (3 of them) consistently maintain themselves in the same position around her left upper sleeve
c) In the edited version, because a video clip portion is removed & replaced in the middle of the edited version, the dots “move”…and then return to where they were in the first clip.
*This is only visible in videos that have not minimized the area to Harris’ left, and behind her arm.

If a candidate is perceived as vacuous and underprepared by the public and a broadcast organization edits a response to seem more clear or "cuts and pastes", there should be disclosure as this is intellectually dishonest.

Bret's follow up on sex change operations should have been: "But Madame Vice President, there are now so many detransitioners who regret these operations, especially girls who had experienced sexual assault, so what if those migrants you said you'd pay for the surgeries to urinary tracts, regret? Will they sue the US government? This is a serious question. One which FP will never ask. Just like you will not review Behind the Looking Glass at Lime Soda Films, documentary on the ex wives of men who--and some of those men detransitioned, btw. Why won't you cover?

Kamala Harris graduated from Hastings college of law. The law school is ranked 82nd out of 196 law schools. She took her bar exam and failed, she failed the exam, she never had any of her business, never had her own employees, ever. In 2017 to 2021. She served in the California Senate, during those four years she worked on 164 pieces of legislation, not one of them ever became the law, her job approval was 8%. What makes it worse is that she is a liberal governing in a liberal State and she was still zero for 164, so, during four years she accomplished nothing. As Vice President she has a record of the lowest approval rating ever in the history of this country 28%.
