For a future episode😀: After hitting perimenopause I've gained 20 pounds with no change in diet or exercise. Something I'm finding extremely challenging is feeding two teenage boys and restricting my diet. If there's any way you could host a dietitian that specialized in high protein, low-sugar, lower-fat meals and snack ideas for the whole family, it would be such a blessing.

I actually love this softer look on you. It is more natural, can truly see you right thru, see the real you. Wow! Love that you took the challenge. Love that I can now see the true shape of your face, you are beautiful as you are, without all that heavy makeup that changes what you truly look like. I hope you never go back to contouring with heavy powders and brushes. I went back to using my hands/fingers a while back for simple & quick day looks. Like we did in the 80s :) I still use brushes for hittin' tha' town and a glam look. Great job!

Speaking of hands - yours are lovely. Perhaps a tutorial on hand care and especially hand repair. Sometimes it looks like our hands look older than our faces even when we are vigilant about using sunscreen on the backs of our hands all year every year. Seems once we hit the half century mark the aging accelerates. Ideas for care, repair, and "interventions"? Would love that. PS I really like the brow and shadow look very much indeed, soft and feminine. Nice!

I only use my hands I do my blush with a brush that’s it! Occasionally I’ll use a foundation brush or sponge
