For future reference, at midnight you're technically not getting kicked off bourbon st., the cops passing Down The Street Is A "formality". Just Telling Everyone That MARDI GRAS is "officially" over. After They Pass It's Back To Partying. Bourbon St. Doesn't Shut Down...Except For X-MAS eve & hurricanes.

5:40 nothing about this city and it’s history says throw a cake on a young girl in the streets. Horrible. And I love this city. So shameful.
