World-renowned theoretical physicist David Bohm interviewed about "The Nature of MATTER" and his observations about the co-exploration of consciousness between J. Krishnamurti and himself by David Suzuki.

David Bohm (1917-1992) was an American theoretical physicist who contributed innovative and unorthodox ideas to quantum theory, philosophy of mind, and neuropsychology. He is widely considered to be one of the most significant theoretical physicists of the 20th century. In physics, Bohm advanced the view that the old Cartesian model of reality was limited, in the light of developments in quantum physics. He developed in detail a mathematical and physical theory of implicate and explicate order to complement it. Bohm warned of the dangers of rampant reason and technology, advocating instead the need for genuine supportive dialogue which he claimed could broaden and unify conflicting and troublesome divisions in the social world. His epistemology mirrored his ontological viewpoint.

Krishnamurti was Bohm's greatest influence and both men were deeply concerned about the future of humanity. They both engaged in intense dialogues spanning three decades and they had deep respect and friendship for each other. David Bohm was 43 years old when he met Krishnamurti, and Krishnamurti was 66. The year was 1961, and their work together continued for a quarter of a century, until Krishnamurti died in 1986. During those 25 years, the two men participated together in hundreds of recorded dialogues.

❤️🙌🏼 thank Dr David Bohm for trying to point us in seeing the destructive conditioned programming we are continuously imprisoned in mentally. Desires is self deception. 🙌🏼🙏🏼

David Bohm and J. Krishnamurti, wow, what a meeting of the minds. As soon as I listen to this again, I'm heading down that rabbit hole.

Thank you Dr David Bohm..
Your point of view cannot be argued by the stalwart of intellectuals because it will cost them their status. You've been shoved out by the authorities but they didn't succeed. Your thought were here and there now and backed up by intelectuals whose reputation and status hold a concrete ground and made the former retire..

That really had some depth. It should really make one wonder about our current preferred metaphysics & its clashes with the foundation of physics. Things like the measurement problem & the so called "hard problem" of consciousness & the contempt for PSI(in whatever of its various forms) for which there is abundant evidence, yet you'll find plenty of denial, rejection & even ridicule regarding it & virtually ZERO contrary data. Its gotten so crazy that people like Dennette will say "we're not even conscious" with a straight face mind you or Carroll with his "ontic" wave function for which we have Zero empirical evidence of these nearly infinite # of universes being created every Planck time. & this is all suppose to be more reasonable than experience somehow being fundamental. Dogma has always been a direct source of humanity's most serious issues & now more so than ever.
