No More Free Games - Sony Sucks for This

Sony has updated the PlayStation Stars‘ PS Store rewards section, removing nearly all of the rewards except for Stellar Blade (17,500 points) and Mortal Kombat’s virtual currency Dragon Krystals (500 Krystals for 1,250 points). Sony didn’t announce that the rewards section was set to be updated in August, leaving members to notice that the games were gone when they attempted to redeem their points against them.

Prior to the August 2024 update, PS Stars points could be redeemed against games like Helldivers 2, Rise of the Ronin, Balatro, Minecraft, and more. We expect Sony to replace the rewards, but at the time of this writing, the section remains almost empty.

Until Dawn Remake is WAY overpriced

The upcoming Until Dawn remake for PC and PlayStation 5 will reportedly cost £60 at launch.

That's according to reliable leaker billbil-kun from Dealabs, who has also said that a physical PlayStation 5 release is also on the cards.

All versions of the Until Dawn remake will be priced at £59.99 here in the UK, billbil-kun stated. That's €69.99, or $59.99 for those in the US.

PS Stars is great, but was super surprised to hear a few vids back that you are only level 2. Since it debuted i have been level 4 and i am maxed out at level 4. They need to raise the level cap.

I think Sony's decision to have deals to make 3rd party exclusives was to minimized expenses for the time being than funding first party studio projects. I don't know why their cutting expenses for exclusives but they maybe preparing something big for the following years..

New VERY expensive hardware that most people WON'T buy, pro models always have a much smaller audience, in NO WAY = more games. In fact if they're expending resources on non stop hardware r&d & manufacturing (new controllers, portal, pro models, lame VR, lame THAT IS $$ THAT IS NOT GOING TOWARD GAME STUDIOS OR SECURING 2CND PARTY EXCLUSIVES (which also boosts game generation).
