My mans jack suffered for 50 years and his happiness only lasted a day

I love the fact that the literal physical entity of evil becomes depressed and bored.

The best thing about Samurai Jack is the transition from a kids show into an adults show after the long hiatus. Like they knew the fanbase weren't new kids who haven't seen the show before, they're the kids who loved the show before and are now adults. I had goosebumps every episode because of that thought. They did us right with Samurai Jack. They also hit hard in the feels with the adult AF story.

Like many, I was disappointed about the ending for Jack. But recently, after rewatching it, I learned that Genndy made the most appropriate ending for Jack. It may not be the most satisfying for fans to see the tragic bitter sweet ending, but it was a realistic ending for a surreal series. To show that not all heroes get that happy ending. Samurai Jack was no fairy tale but an epic hero like a Greek tragedy that transcends time and space.

This show is an absolute masterpiece. The perfect depiction of Good vs Evil. It's a long and dark road where the evil always outnumbers the good, with very little happiness to be experienced along the way. The fight will take everything from you, and you will question yourself constantly. Even in victory, you will be left with the overwhelming scars. But you have to fight, because you may be the only one standing in the way of evil. If you give up, evil wins.
Aku represents our world today, and Jack represents what is needed to fix the world. We need a Jack in this world. Be that Jack.

And then the game luckily came out and retconned the ending :)

Can we just reflect on the fact that the Scotsman had centuplicates. Like this dude had 100 kids in one go. Is no one else hung up on that.

The average limit of female pregnancies is 20, so the Scotsman's wife had an average of 5 infants per pregnancy, and hit the average limit, or alternatively, had well above the average limit of pregnancies.
This makes her the ideal woman for any man who wants to raise an army of children.

'Jack learns to jump good' is my favorite episode of the show.

The fact we never find out Jack’s real name

This is probably the best show CN ever made. From the art style, to the life lessons, to the amazing story telling, it’s literally a timeless classic.

Or maybe I’m just old and feeling nostalgic. Either way. This show is amazing!

I didn't know Aku was an ancient evil, as old as time itself. I really appreciate the details they provided on where Aku came from and what he is. For some reason I just always assumed he was just some sort of wizard.

Its shoulding be Jack's new future because
1.Jack returned to just after he left
2. Ashi would not have disappeared if it was a new timeline
