Thanks for your opening. It is so true that some people assume everyone else must find what they consider easy as easy. I used to work on the Help Desk. I once had a caller who had no idea where the Start button is located. He was a test of my patience, as it took me several minutes to guide him to it (we were not allowed to log into caller's machines in those days). I believe this attitude/understanding is why program developers should never write a user manual; they just do not how to think like a new user.

So helpful! thank you, I was searching for my mingw file, and someone pointed out that it was in the c drive, and this is exactly where they lost me, because I couldn't exactly find where the C drive was! but honestly, thank you.

I know where my C drive is located.. My problem is that under How do I remove dropbox without losing my documents? When I try it, I lose all my documents.
