I rewatched it today on Netflix and for some reason it didn't have the subtitles of the ghost chat but I could remember the lines even after 2 years. They are so extremely sad it makes me feel empty inside.

I used to imagine how fun it would be to become a ghost and scare people. After seeing this, I realize it would be pure hell to have to exist for so long and see everyone and everything decay and change. This is a great movie but it's a long one, but it drives home the fact of how boring, and sad being a ghost would really be.

Someone please upload the scene in the bedroom, right after they hear a voice.. I thought that scene was so filled in love it brought tears to my eyes. The way they held each other and kissed was so believable and made me believe they truly were in love.

WOW Rooney Mara is here!!! This is a very weird movie. It starts very slow and you don't really understand why, but as the movie goes you realize that it is not only about mourning, it is also about human existence and genuine love. Watched it using my boxxy software and got much pleasure.

A24 I HAVE A COMPLAINT! i saw this movie yesterday on Netflix.. i was amazed.. and today i search clips of the movie, exactly this one.. and i see that the ghosts have a chat!!! NETFLIX DIDN'T PUT THAT BLESSED CHAT! There are no subtitles there! :(!! i hate netflix :(!!!

Gentleman Caller - Daniel Hart ❤️. Has anyone noticed that in the beggining of the movie, right after the subtitles, the camera falls abruptly and shows the front of the house? I think it's the ghost coming back again to revive it all again. What a beautiful movie. Showed this one to my sister and my cousin a few years ago and my cousin told me "gorgeous but tremendously sad, the lethargy was unbearable". This life is nothing compared to that. I don't think that when my time comes I'd go so easily neither.
There's no short clip for that part.
