That's nice to have an upgradable cpu but what about the GPU? It is a gaming laptop so I care more about upgrading the GPU than the CPU. I could care less about the CPU.

urgh - i dont see why were still seeing 1080p displays on powerfull high end laptops. 1440p @ 144hz is what this needs.

I got this GT76 Titan with 9900k and RTX2080 Full spec 240hz Display, it is Insane, i got like 210fps at Ultra in Forza Horizon 4, with Auto Fan Mode (no CoolerBoostTitan Mode) like 80*C at my GPU and CPU, if it Seems to Go hotter, i Activate the CBoost Mode and it drops to around 65*C

It is the Money Worth at my opinion, True u can have a Desktop for way Less with the Same or better Specs, but then u aint got a Absolute Timepiece, this Laptop Wrote already History and the feeling when u Play on this... Not compareable

The heatpipes should have insulation along the length to stop heat soak back into sensitive components - it only needs to absorb on the one end and then dissipate on the other.

I'm thinking of waiting for this ... or just go ahead and build a 2950X in a X399M taichi with 32GB RAM and an RTX 2080 Ti. Decisions?

AMD is about to rule the mid range gaming market. Their APU is gonna be game changer.

For holders of msi gt 75 1080, it makes no sense to change for 15fps more

I have a Titan gt73 they last forever unlike Apple junk where you can't type with it after 6 months

People who buy budget laptops always complain in a year and end up spending similar amount in the first place but needing to transfer all data over

Don't see how this is really a useful product, why go for something in-between a desktop and a laptop instead of just choosing one or the other

I would take this over a origin laptop because origin is so expensive even way expensive than msi I think there or the next apple

I am owner of Msi gaming laptop with gtx 1060 pair with i7 7700hq. Still today it can handle any game easily 😁. Msi component is very premium and long lasting even tho there is heating issue but it can be fix
